This event is 17 - 18 May 2025.
This is a selected event, exhibitors will be carefully chosen for their quality and originality so there will be something to delight and appeal to every taste.

This event is 21-22 March 2025.

Toasted Ceramic Fair, Long Eaton Art Room
This event is 7 December 2024.
It is a ‘names out of a hat’ selection exhibition for all potters. This is based at the Art Community in Long Eaton (Nottingham/Derby boarder). this is a sales event of 20 potters.

Toasted Ceramic Fair, Derby Museum & Art Gallery
This event is 29 & 30 March 2025.
This is a selected show that is aimed at mid career potters to sell their wares, there are a handful of established, mainly mid range and some upcoming potters who are ready for ceramic shows. There is opportunity (and discounts) with support to do workshops, demonstrations or talks.

Ceramics & Glass Fair at The Minories, Colchester
This event is 7-9 February 2025.
APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN for this annual Ceramics fair - now with Glass as well! The fair will take place on 7, 8 & 9 February 2025 at the Minories. This year they are teaming up with Anglian Potters to get the widest possible reach and also adding options for stallholders to do demonstrations alongside selling, with a reduced exhibiting price.

Celebrating Ceramics, Oxford
Deadline has passed (Friday 22 November)
Stands available from 2.5m x 1.5m up to 5m x 2.5m in size. You will need to have available four product images and one of your stand/display to upload. Please note this is a juried festival, so be aware that the quality of the photographs is how the panel will judge the quality of your work.

Independent Ceramics Market, London
There's no deadline to apply, they are open submission events, with preference given to applicants who are actively creating new works, or are taking new, experimental approaches in their practice. They aspire to find the right balance of new, and returning exhibitors, while prioritising emerging, and underrepresented artists.
All 2024 confirmed dates are fully booked, they are now booking February 2025.

2025’s first event will be in March.

Hepworth Wakefield Ceramics Fair
Generally, their Ceramics Fair is at the end of June and their Festive Market the end November / early December.
The best way to stay up to date with call outs is by joining their mailing list and ticking for what’s on updates or following them on social media.

All the Potfests
The application forms for the 2025 shows normally go live on the exhibit section of the Potfest website in November and remain open until just before Christmas. The only exceptions to this tend to be the Pens shows as the dates are not normally available until January.
They also make announcements on their social media accounts when the applications go live.
Applications and information for Potfest Scotland Christmas is coming later this year.
